Restructuring Advisory Manager

I'm working with a leading top 10 accountancy and advisory practice is looking to appoint a Manager level professional to join its Leeds Restructuring Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to focus on advisory led restructuring work rather than process driven insolvency.

You'll be involved in a broad range of restructuring advisory assignments, including:

• Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
• Cashflow management and liquidity planning
• Accelerated M&A and distressed transactions
• Debt advisory and stakeholder negotiations
• Exposure to complex, high profile administrations (where appropriate)

The role is predominantly advisory focused, with opportunities to work on both Leeds led and London facing mandates.

• High quality, complex and commercially interesting work
• Strong exposure to Partners, Directors, and national instructions
• Clear development and progression pathway
• Flexible on level (strong Senior Exec / Assistant Manager profiles will be considered)

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or CPI / JIEB qualified
• Experience within a recognised Restructuring or Advisory team
• Strong financial analysis and commercial thinking skills
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior staff
• Leeds based or genuinely committed to working in Leeds
