Restorative Family Help Team Lead

Dorset Council is seeking experienced Team Managers to lead Family Help teams and drive high-quality, restorative practice across Dorset. You will manage teams of Social Workers, Family Workers and Assistant Team Managers, overseeing referrals and ensuring robust, child-centred services.

The role emphasises leadership, reflective supervision, and strong partnership work with the MACPT and other agencies to secure positive outcomes for children and families.
