Position Overview

We are seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead crews in the field, ensure job quality, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is hands on and requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restoration technicians on job sites
• Oversee water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation projects
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO standards
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and office staff
• Monitor job progress, documentation, and timelines
• Train and develop team members
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job site organization

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related field
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of water/fire/mold mitigation processes (IICRC certifications a plus)
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
