We're looking for a confident, organised, and guest focused Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. This role is all about creating memorable first impressions and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
As Host, you'll play a key role in managing bookings, handling payments, and supporting the smooth running of daily service. You'll be the central point of contact for guests, chefs, and the wider team-making sure everything flows seamlessly and that every detail is taken care of.

You'll greet and seat guests professionally if service requires, communicate dietary requirements and special requests to the kitchen, and support the team with setup and close down duties.
Cash handling training provided. Handling payments-including cash, vouchers, deposits, and room charges-may be part of your daily routine, along with maintaining a clean and organised restaurant service areas. You may be required to assist with guest feedback, and help maintain our high service standards.
What We're Looking ForYou'll need excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive, team oriented attitude. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and confident in handling guest interactions with warmth and professionalism.
Experience in a hospitality or front of house role is ideal, but we're also open to candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
