The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Team Leader for The Vue Restaurant at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will drive superior customer service and motivate our food and beverage teams. The Team Leader role is essential in maintaining high standards and ensuring a great guest experience.

What will you do?

• Lead the team by example with a hands on approach
• Oversee day to day bar and restaurant management
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations
• Train and develop team members
• Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions

More about you

• Previous experience in managing a bar or restaurant
• Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements
• Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols
• Knowledge of HACCP requirements
• Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
• Able to work across a 7 day roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
