Restaurant Supervisor - Clanree Hotel

The Clanree Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant and banqueting functions, ensuring all guests receive the highest possible standards of customer service in line with Clanree Hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant and functions
  • Supervise and support team members during service
  • Ensure all guests are welcomed and served efficiently, professionally, and in a friendly manner
  • Coordinate table plans, bookings, and service flow as directed by management
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of menus, beverages, and daily specials
  • Assist guests with menu choices and provide recommendations when required
  • Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to management where necessary
  • Ensure all food and beverage charges are processed accurately in line with procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and work areas
  • Ensure all hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards are strictly adhered to
  • Support the training and development of team members
  • Work closely with kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service
  • Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling and excellent service
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example and support a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
