Role Overview

Food and Beverage Supervisor - lead the restaurant team, set the tone of exceptional service and support colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant team and deliver outstanding guest service.
• Familiarise yourself with the menu to advise guests and answer questions.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and promote teamwork across departments.
• Ensure each guest has a memorable experience and represents the hotel's hospitality standards.
