Role/Responsibilities:
Lead and support front of house staff during service to ensure smooth daily operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any quest issues quickly and professionally.
Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, and end of day reports.
Train, motivate and mentor team members to maintain high service & presentations standards.
Contribute to creating a positive, energetic, and professional workplace culture.
