Restaurant Shift Leader Flexible Hours & Perks

Zizzi Inverness is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to help run the restaurant on busy shifts and take charge during quieter periods. You'll oversee areas like the bar, food pass, and hosting, ensuring standards and guest satisfaction.

You'll lead by example, coach the Front of House team, and respond quickly to guest issues. The role offers hourly pay, bonus potential via Tronc, flexible hours, meals on shift, and a clear path to Assistant Manager.
