Restaurant Shift / Floor Manager

Location: CH1 4RY

Salary: £13.37+ Bonus Scheme

We're looking for a Shift Manager who is passionate about hospitality and supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

What You'll Do
  • Support and inspire an energetic team to deliver the best customer experience
  • Keep things running smoothly, from the customer lobby to the back of house operation
  • Drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction every shift
  • Manage stock, schedules, training and operational details
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant management experience (or strong assistant ready to step up)
  • A hands on, can do attitude
  • Love for food, people, and building a buzz
  • Calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
