Restaurant Operations Leader - Drive KPIs & Guest Experience

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Sunderland is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to drive day to day operations, lead the team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will influence the atmosphere, execute tasks, and coach staff to deliver on KPIs while maintaining a smooth, welcoming restaurant environment.

You will be expected to own performance, build a strong team, manage rosters and stock, and help guests feel valued from first visit to repeat visits.
