Restaurant Manager- Murano Michelin Star Restaurant

Set in the heart of Mayfair, one Michelin-starred Murano is the home of renowned chef Angela Hartnett. Our cuisine is Modern European with a strong Italian influence, and our service is refined yet warm and personal.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team; someone who is confident running the floor, drives standards, and genuinely cares about both guests and team.

As Restaurant Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, working closely with the senior leadership team to uphold Murano's standards of excellence and hospitality.

You will:

• Lead, inspire and develop the team to deliver exceptional service at all times
• Take a hands on approach on the floor, setting the tone and leading by example
• Drive consistency, attention to detail and a strong guest experience
• Show genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality
• Have solid experience in a similar role, ideally within a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment
