Restaurant Manager: Lead Team & Elevate Guest Experience

The Hunloke Arms is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a warm, welcoming front-of-house team and partner with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver excellent food and drink, quality service, and a friendly atmosphere.

You will drive a culture of learning and development, run monthly team meetings and 1:1 reviews, monitor ticket times and guest satisfaction, and provide guidance to keep the team motivated.
