- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Shift Manager within a quality restaurant or gastro pub.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop a high-performing front of house team.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A warm, approachable personality with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- A hands-on management style and a love of being present on the restaurant floor.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and professional during busy service periods.
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the front of house operation and maintaining the exceptional standards the restaurant is known for.
- Leading, motivating and developing the front of house team.
- Being a visible and welcoming presence throughout service.
- Delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences.
- Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth, seamless service.
- Managing team training, coaching and performance.
- Maintaining high service standards across lunch and dinner service.
- Supporting recruitment, rotas and day-to-day operational management.
- Driving a positive team culture where excellent hospitality comes naturally.
