Job Description

We are delighted to offer a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the team at Three Restaurant, located within our Brent Cross store.

Working week: 45 hours per week Salary: £32,000 per annum, plus tronc - added tronc brings this to a potential gross annual earning of approximately £39,000. When you join Fenwick, you'll receive:

  • You will also be entitled to join the tronc system which is operated and controlled independently.
About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team at Three Restaurant, creating an exceptional dining experience for every customer who visits us. Through strong leadership, coaching and day-to-day support, you will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality standards at every opportunity.

Working closely with the Head Chef and wider management team, you will oversee the smooth running of the restaurant operation, ensuring service, financial and operational targets are consistently achieved. You'll take pride in maintaining high standards, driving performance and creating a positive culture where colleagues can develop and thrive.

This is a hands on leadership role that requires a passion for hospitality, a commercial mindset and a commitment to delivering memorable customer experiences that reflect the Fenwick brand.

  • Experience in managing a full-service restaurant is essential
  • Passionate about food with a flair for delivering excellent customer service through the strong leadership of the team
  • Experience in coaching and developing a team, sharing your knowledge
