Restaurant Manager

Role Overview

As a Restaurant or Assistant Manager at Sam's, you'll be a key part of the day to day leadership team-supporting smooth service, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive hospitality. You'll oversee shifts with confidence, help manage bookings and floor plans, and work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep everything running like clockwork. This role is ideal for someone who's organised, people focused, and ready to take the next step in a hospitality leadership career.

Pay

Pay consists of house salary + an average of tronc.

Requirements

• Bundles of passion and enthusiasm, a true love for our authentic hospitality.
