As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house team to deliver warm, professional, and intuitive service. You'll take ownership of daily operations - from team briefings and guest experience to rota management and service standards - ensuring excellence at every turn.

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing a high-end restaurant or hospitality outlet
• Impeccable standards of service, presentation, and communication
• Proven experience with rota management, stock control, and operational efficiency

The target earning potential for this role is £50,745 per annum - comprising a base salary of £38,265, plus an estimated £12,480 in gratuities and service charge.
