Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager:
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times, leading by example.
- Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.
- Develop a learning culture and ensure all team members feel valued and rewarded.
- Manage all employees in line with the skills and standards, providing regular feedback and appraisals.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all guest requests and queries.
- Analyze Mystery Diner reports and communicate findings to your team, finding ways to improve and learn.
About you:
- You have 2+ years experience in this position.
- You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
- You love to wow guests with exceptional service and can cope well under pressure during busy service times.
- You have excellent English language skills.
