We're seeking a confident and service-driven Restaurant Manager to take the reins of a beautiful all-day dining restaurant within one of Madrid's newest five-star hotels.

This is a fully operational, floor-based role-you'll be leading by example, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from breakfast through to dinner, while maintaining consistency and high standards throughout the day.

The venue is the epitome of elegant, it's fast-paced, and well-established within the hotel, with a reputation for refined service, stylish ambience, and loyal clientele.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day running of the restaurant, always being front and centre during service
• Managing your team across all shifts (breakfast through to dinner)
• Training, mentoring and inspiring the team to uphold 5 standards
• Driving a service culture that puts the guest at the heart of everything
• Supporting the Director of F&B in delivering KPIs and departmental goals

We're looking for:

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager within a 5-star hotel restaurant or fine-dining setting
• Confidence and experience across all meal periods - breakfast, lunch and dinner service is essential
• A genuine passion for hospitality and people
• A natural leader who thrives on the floor
• Strong understanding of guest flow, staffing levels, and service recovery
• A hands-on mentality and proven operational excellence
