Restaurant manager

We are looking for a super star to help us succeed with the expansion of our restaurant space both in the daytime and night time. You will need to be a leader of people and someone who can inspire, motivate, and develop talent organically. This is about the guest, so someone who is customer focused is essential. Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest.

As our Restaurant Manager, you will:

1. Create an exciting work atmosphere to motivate your team and ensure the job gets done.
2. Lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant.
3. Be responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
4. Lead restaurant service, manage stock and rotas, and ensure targets and standards are met and maintained at the highest level.
5. Possess strong communication and people management skills.
6. Be confident with an eye for attention to detail.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous Restaurant Management experience or experience in a similar role.
