We are looking for an experienced Michelin star, fine dining Restaurant Manager to lead a small team at a beautiful, refined Michelin Star restaurant located in Fitzrovia, London. With elevated, traditional flavours from the heart of West Africa, this restaurant offers an immersive experience that extends beyond its cuisine. The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a Restaurant Manager who's has the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of two years experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Ideally Michelin or Rosette experience at management level
- Ideally WSET level 2, or have high level wine pairing experience
- Experience in leading and training a team on tasting menu process and guest interactions
- Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
- Must have been Restaurant Manager or similar for at least two year.
- Manage VIP guests.
- Pre-service meetings, rotas and budget.
- A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
- Can do attitude and a strong lead.
