Job Description

PF Restaurants is opening a Restaurant & Bar in February 2027 in St Peter Port, Guernsey. We're building a modern British neighbourhood restaurant with elevated comfort food, a curated drinks list, and warm ethos.

We're recruiting a Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team from pre-opening through launch. This is a senior leadership role shaping service culture, standards, training, and guest experience.
