We are looking for one of our clients, a high-end catering service in French-speaking Switzerland, recognized for the quality of its services and its requirements for recruiting its future Head Waiter - Banquets and Events (M/F). Permanent contract - 100% Start date: immediately or to be agreed.HEAD WAITER - BANQUETS AND EVENTS M/FMISSION DESCRIPTIONIn close collaboration with your hierarchy and leading a brigade of experienced professionals, you are responsible for the management of banquets and events, from planning to execution on-site. As the true conductor of the service, you ensure impeccable execution of services while adhering to the high standards of quality, elegance, and service inherent to a prestigious caterer. You organize, coordinate, and energize the teams, while ensuring a smooth, refined, and perfectly mastered customer experience. You develop and maintain sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, actively contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.You have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a high-end catering service or the banquets/events department of a 5-star hotel. A recognized manager, you know how to make decisions that are adapted to the situation while maintaining a customer-oriented vision and excellence. With a keen sense of service, you are comfortable with demanding clientele and know how to establish a lasting relationship of trust with your stakeholders. Instructional and supportive, you position your teams to achieve set objectives while embodying quality standards.You have a perfect command of French and can express yourself fluently in English; good knowledge of German is an asset. Flexible, dynamic, and versatile, you are comfortable with irregular hours dictated by the events and activities.
