Warrens Bakery is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Goodness Restaurant in Newton Abbot. This full time, permanent role is 39 hours per week with flexible hours across all seven days, including weekends, to deliver outstanding customer service and strong team leadership.

The role focuses on hygiene and safety, staff development, KPI monitoring, engaging displays, and driving sales while maintaining guest satisfaction. Salary £32,000-£35,000 per year plus benefits.
