Job Description
Assistant Restaurant Manager - Whinfell Forest

Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family friendly setting. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns
  • Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis
  • Support back of house operations and work across units with varying service styles
  • Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning

Your working hours
  • Full time, working straight shifts
  • Guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4 week period; may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • Includes evenings
About you
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy and analytical skills
  • Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure
