Restaurant & Guest Services Assistant - Flexible Shifts

Caledonian Hotel Collection is seeking a Restaurant Assistant to join our busy restaurant team in Scotland. You will help serve food and drink, maintain high guest service standards, and ensure a friendly, efficient operation across all shifts.

A visible presence in the hotel will help handle requests and upsell where appropriate. Candidates should have excellent customer service, a can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team within a fast-paced environment.
