We're looking for a Resourcing Team Lead to play a pivotal role in the ongoing transformation of our Resourcing function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and influence how we attract, recruit and onboard talented people across the Scottish Government, its Executive Agencies and associated bodies.

As our Resourcing Team Lead, you'll combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused recruitment services are delivered at scale. You'll champion candidate experience, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead a culture where collaboration, performance and innovation thrive.

You'll lead and develop a team of Recruiters and On-boarders, providing the direction, coaching and support needed to deliver excellent outcomes.
