Link-Force Ltd is looking for an experienced and drivenConstruction Resourcer / Recruitment Resourceto join our London team.

We are an established construction recruitment business supplying skilled trades and labour to projects across the UK. We're looking for someone who already understands recruitment, enjoys speaking to people and can work at the pace required to keep busy construction projects supplied with good, reliable workers.

This is an opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who wants to develop their career, earn throughuncapped commissionand become an important part of a growing construction recruitment team.

The Role

You'll work closely with our recruitment consultants to identify, attract and place suitable candidates across our construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing construction candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and other channels
• Making regular outbound calls to new and existing candidates
• Screening and qualifying workers for suitable positions
• Checking candidates' experience, availability and suitability
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of reliable trades and labour
• Keeping regular contact with workers before, during and after placements
• Advertising vacancies and responding quickly to applications
• Maintaining accurate candidate information on our recruitment system
• Working closely with consultants to fill urgent and ongoing requirements
• Developing long-term relationships with good candidates and generating referrals

What We're Looking For

You'll needat least 1-2 years' experience working within recruitment.

Previous construction recruitment experience would be a strong advantage, but we're also interested in recruiters and resourcers from other fast-paced recruitment sectors who are ready to move into construction.

What We Offer

£35,000-£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience

Uncapped commission - your earning potential isn't limited

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

You'll be based at our office at27 Bush Lane in the City of London, ideally located close toBank, Cannon Street and Liverpool Street stations.
