Resort Guest Experience Lead

Away Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Manager at Newquay Bay Resort, Cornwall. You will lead the Accommodation, Maintenance, Security and Guest Services teams to deliver outstanding guest stays with attention to detail.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality experience and a commitment to guest satisfaction. You will manage budgets, handle complaints, and work to ensure parks meet the Away Resorts standards.
