Resort Guest Experience Concierge

St Mellion Resort welcomes applications for a Resort Receptionist who greets members and guests, upholds exceptional hospitality, handles bookings, and keeps front-of-house operations running smoothly.

You will manage check-ins/outs, answer phones within three rings, upsell services, and coordinate with Health Club and Accommodation teams to support the Guest Relations Manager in maintaining service standards.
