Resort General Manager: Retail & Guest Experience

Butlin's in Bognor Regis is seeking a Resort General Manager to lead a large, guest-focused operation. You will be responsible for all revenue-generating retail activity and drive consistency across multiple departments, focusing on retail and guest experience.

As part of the Leadership Team, you will develop people, maximise profits, and set strategic direction for the resort's retail offering, while acting as Resort Director when required.
