Resort General Manager - Retail & Guest Experience

Butlin's in Bognor Regis is seeking a Resort General Manager to lead a large-scale, guest-focused operation. You will be accountable for retail revenue across the resort and drive day-to-day retail operations in a multi-functional environment, ensuring consistency and profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strategic planning, budget management, payroll, and NPS focus, with responsibility for resort operations in the absence of the Resort Director.
