Residential Technical Manager - Construction to NHBC Sign-off

C & P Recruitment is seeking a Technical Manager (or Assistant Technical Manager) for a Glasgow-based residential developer. The role will oversee the technical lifecycle of projects from construction through post-construction, taking full ownership of services, warranty sign-offs, and contractor design elements during build.

This office-based position reports to senior management and is rooted in bridging design and delivery, driving post-completion NHBC defect resolutions and asset adoptions
