Residential Team Leader - Children & Young People

Greenfield is seeking a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader to oversee a residential team caring for children and young people in a secure, supportive environment. A full UK manual driving licence is required, and candidates should have at least 12 months of children's services leadership experience.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends, with a shift pattern of 2 on, 4 off, and includes competitive salary, DBS checks, and access to training resources.
