Residential Team Lead (Children) - Compassionate Care

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Residential Team Leader for our Children s Residential - Complex Trauma Services. You will guide a team of support workers to meet the needs of children and young people, ensure Ofsted standards, and help create a safe, family-like environment in our homes.

This role involves planning rotas, supporting managers, supervising in their absence, driving to homes, and promoting a positive culture.
