The Role

An established care provider is seeking Support Workers to support young people aged 16-18, specifically care leavers. This is a stable, low risk service with no challenging behaviour or SEND requirements.

Key Requirements

• Experience working with young people or care leavers
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Background in support work or residential care
• Reliable, professional, and person centred
• Flexible with shift patterns

Shifts

• 8:00am - 8:00pm (Day)
• 8:00pm - 8:00am (Sleep in)
• Flexibility required based on service needs

Responsibilities

• Support with daily living skills
• Promote independence and positive outcomes
• Act as a positive role model
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Complete accurate records in line with care plans
