Job Title: Residential Care Worker
Location: Salisbury / New Forest (SP5 2LT)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Overtime Rate: £5 per hour
Sleep-ins: £65 per sleep-in
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month

The Home: This is a 4-bed children's residential home supporting young people aged 8-17 with EBD. The home provides a structured and nurturing environment focused on stability, development, and positive outcomes.
Who we are looking for: Our client is looking for a Residential Care Worker to support the day-to-day care of young people within the home. You will play a key role in building positive relationships, promoting independence, and supporting young people through their daily routines.
You will contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment, following safeguarding procedures and working as part of a team to deliver consistent care.

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
