Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 5 years of residential treatment experience (1 year in a supervisory role preferred)
  • Three years of experience in residential treatment preferred
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
  • CPR/First Aid certified
  • Medication Administration Training
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be physically able to safely intervene during behavioral crises
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Location: Brewster, MA

Compensation: $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and support residential staff in creating a positive environment for students
  • Conduct regular individual and group meetings with team members
  • Oversee service planning, documentation, and outcome measurement through data collection
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as DMR, OCCS, and QUEST
  • Complete staff evaluations and performance reviews
  • Coordinate and maintain training schedules and records
  • Act as a liaison between the residential team and administration
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and provide emergency program support
  • Provide therapeutic crisis intervention when necessary
  • Assist in program design, development, and direct care support
  • Contribute to ongoing program evaluation and quality improvement
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with all stakeholders
