Residential Social Care Team Leader - Trauma Informed Youth

CPL Healthcare is recruiting a Social Care Team Leader on behalf of a residential care provider to support Separated Children Seeking International Protection. This senior role leads shifts, mentors staff, and ensures a safe, trauma-informed environment where young people can thrive.

The ideal candidate has a recognised Social Care qualification, CORU registration, and at least 2 years' experience in residential care, with strong safeguarding expertise and a full Irish driving licence.
