Residential Social Care Practitioner - Person-Centred Support

Delta Centre CLG is seeking a Social Care Practitioner to support residents with intellectual disabilities at Strawhall, Carlow. The role focuses on person-centred care, dignity and independence, and adherence to HIQA and national policies.
