Residential Social Care Manager - Lead a Therapeutic Team

Daffodil Care Group is seeking a Social Care Manager for its residential service in Annestown, Waterford. You will oversee the centre, lead a team of Social Care Workers and Leaders, and work with the Director of Services to promote high standards of professional care and positive outcomes for young people and families.

The role requires a Level 8 Social Care degree with post-qualification experience or Level 7 with a management qualification and extended experience. Driving license is essential.
