Residential Site Manager: Lead & Deliver 20-Unit Project

Vickerstock, in partnership with a Main Contractor, is recruiting a Site Manager for a residential project in Kildare. You will oversee subcontractor packages on site and take end-to-end responsibility from snagging to handover.

The role requires CSCS card, proven residential building experience, and strong health and safety knowledge. You will lead daily kick-offs, host whiteboard meetings, and report progress to the wider team and stakeholders.
