Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager for new build housing site in Stockton

This role will be temp to perm and must have new build housing experience

The successful candidate will have experience working on a new build housing site

Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS
  • experience doing CMLS
  • Working from a snagging list
  • Experience working withing new build homes sector
