Residential Site Manager - Lead Build and Safety Excellence

Bellway plc in Abingdon, part of the Thames Valley Division, is seeking a Site Manager to lead the construction site, manage labour, materials and scheduling, and ensure high-quality homes delivered on time. The role reports to the Construction Director and requires strong leadership and safety focus.

You will drive production, manage costs, maintain site records, and mentor site staff while upholding Bellway's customer care and NHBC standards. Travel to sites may be required.
