Residential Services Lead - Student Wellbeing & Innovation

University of Sunderland is seeking an experienced Accommodation Services Manager to lead the student residences and ensure safety, inclusivity and well-being across its housing services.

You will drive occupancy and financial performance, deliver the Accommodation Strategy, and foster a customer-focused culture. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and use data and digital tools to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
