Residential Service Manager & Team Lead - Disability Care

CPL Healthcare is seeking a Residential Service Manager / Team Leader to guide a supported accommodation service for adults with disabilities in Sligo. This dual leadership role covers 15.6 hours as Residential Service Manager and 23.4 hours as Team Leader, overseeing day-to-day management, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

As Person in Charge, you will lead the staff team, ensure HIQA standards, manage finances and resources, and liaise with families and regulators.
