Job Description

Pulse Security Company is seeking a professional Residential Security Officer to maintain the safety and security of residents at a residential facility. The role involves monitoring the premises, managing access, conducting patrols, and responding promptly to any incidents while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas of the facility.
  • Conduct regular security checks
  • Respond promptly to alarms or incidents
  • Prevent unauthorized access and maintain site security
  • Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
  • Work closely with facility management to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
  • Follow all company security policies and procedures
Requirements Skills:
  • Valid PSA Security Licence (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Observation, reporting, and emergency response skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Health & Safety awareness
  • Basic First Aid (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in residential security preferred
  • Flexible to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
