Residential Sales & Marketing Director

Evara, a leading private developer in Ireland, is seeking a Sales & Marketing AD based in Dublin. You will lead private sales, coordinate with agents, and align marketing campaigns with development milestones.

Reporting to Head of Sales & Marketing, you will review floorplans, set specifications, manage show houses, and prepare weekly KPI reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive successful completions.
