Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a premium residential apartment development in South Dublin. The successful candidate will support the Commercial Manager and assist in cost management across the project.

The role requires a Degree in Quantity Surveying and 2+ years' experience with a developer, main contractor, or PQS practice. Salary €50,000-€60,000 plus package, with pension and a strong benefits package.
