Job Description
The Role

You will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • Transfers of equity and re-mortgages

  • Lease extensions and enfranchisement

  • Advising clients on Land Registry and property finance matters

  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

This is a client-facing position, where delivering excellent service and maintaining long-term relationships will be central to your success.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with proven experience in residential property.

  • Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.

  • Be organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
